How the app works
Subscribe, enter your access code, and you are ready
After your premise subscribes to GuestRAR, hosts receive an access code. Enter that code in the app and you are ready to use visitor alerts, pre-approvals, MyQR, and more.
- Step 1: Download the GuestRAR app for iOS or Android from the links at the top of this page.
- Step 2: Open the app and enter the access code shared for your premise.
- Step 3: Start receiving visitor alerts, creating pre-approvals, and using premise tools instantly.
Access code help
How to get your GuestRAR access code
Your access code is approved by your premise’s authorized person — such as a key person, president, or admin.
- Get the request link from your premise’s authorized person. We provide one link so residents or staff can request an access code.
- Submit your details — enter your name and phone number, then select your premise unit from the list (for example Flat Number, Bungalow Number, Department, or Name). The list depends on how your premise is structured.
- Wait for approval — your authorized person gets notified in the GuestRAR app. After approval, you receive an SMS with your access code.

How much storage does the GuestRAR app use?
We design GuestRAR apps to be light in size, strong in security, and easy to use. Most data is stored securely in the cloud, so your phone does not consume much local storage.
