GuestRAR facilitates guest and visitor registry management for residential, corporate, hospital, and enterprise premises. Device and handling charges may apply as listed on the Website at the time of purchase. Software subscription pricing is as published on our products and pricing pages.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through the Website, you agree to the pricing, payment, and delivery terms specified on the Website.
3.1 Pricing
• Device charge along with handling charges is Rs. 750 where applicable for physical re-orders.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable GST may be charged at checkout.
3.2 Payment
• Payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Website.
• By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Delivery
• Orders placed on the Website will be processed and delivered as per the shipping details shared at checkout or by our team.
• We aim to deliver devices in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
5. User Obligations
As a user of the Service, you agree to:

9. GuestRAR Rewards
These terms outline the rules for redeeming rewards under the GuestRAR program:
• GuestRAR retains full authority over the redemption process.
• GuestRAR may modify rewards terms at any time without prior notice.
• Cash redemption is not possible. Rewards can only be redeemed for society-related services determined by GuestRAR.
• Eligibility requires PRO or PREMIUM (or equivalent paid) GuestRAR subscription.
• Points may be credited to the premise account and have no expiry while the program remains active.
• Termination of subscription may forfeit unredeemed points.
• Abuse or fraud may result in disqualification and service suspension.

10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

GuestRAR Payments Portal — Terms
By using the GuestRAR Payments Portal, you agree to these Portal Terms and Razorpay’s terms for payment processing. In case of conflict regarding payment processing, Razorpay’s terms prevail for that aspect.
Non-refundable payments
All Portal payments are final and strictly non-refundable once successfully initiated and confirmed. Users bear transaction/convenience fees and applicable GST as shown at payment time.
Processing & gateway dependence
Settlement timelines depend on Razorpay and the user’s financial institution. Security and reliability of payment processing are governed by Razorpay’s policies.
User responsibilities
Users must ensure accuracy of payment details before initiating a transaction. GuestRAR is not liable for losses from incorrect data entry.
