Refunds are not available for custom orders once processed. For any issues, we offer digital delivery or support, and re-orders require a new purchase with applicable charges.

We can provide your order digitally to ensure you receive the product and service without delay. This option allows you to continue using our Service without waiting for a physical re-delivery.

4. Re-Order Policy

As our Service is a DIY (Do It Yourself) product, we ensure you have all the necessary tools and support to set it up yourself. If you need to re-order the product, the following terms apply:

Upon requesting a re-order, we can provide all necessary materials and instructions digitally to assist you in setting up the product again. This support ensures you can quickly and efficiently reinstall or reconfigure your product.

4.2 Physical Re-Order

If you prefer to receive a new physical product, you will need to place a new order through our Website. A standard device charge of Rs. 750, including handling charges, will apply to all re-orders.

All payments made through the GuestRAR Payments Portal are final and non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully initiated and confirmed. Convenience fees and applicable GST are borne by the user.
