How to start GuestRAR

1. Place Your Order
  • Visit: Go to guestrar.com.
  • Order: Follow the instructions to place your order for the GuestRAR system.

Call 97124 97000 for any inquiry before free order.

2. Receive our kit

In your kit, you will receive Access Code Scratch Cards for each flat / block / department and one QR Standee to place on the entry gate.

3. Distribute Access Code & insert in App
  1. On the access code, you will find Flat No. / Block No. / Department. Distribute all access codes accordingly.
  2. Inform Access Code receiver to download GuestRAR Mobile Application and receiver needs to insert access code covered under scratch material.
  3. After inserting access code, Go to Settings -> Profile and complete profile with the key person of family.
  4. This is how all flat / block / department holders to activate their membership.
    (Without following this step, flat holder will not receive any notification on arriving of visitors / guests.)
4. Place QR Standee

Now you can place QR Standee at the entry gate or at the reception desk.

Flow of GuestRAR

1. Guest Arrival
  • Scan QR Code with Google Lens or iPhone Camera: Guests arriving at the property should scan the QR code displayed at the entrance or watchman’s desk using their mobile phone.
2. Visitor Registration
  • Select Flat Number: On the GuestRAR application, the guest selects their flat number from the list provided.
  • Provide Details: The guest will then:
    • Speak & Type or Only Type: Enter its name and contact number.
    • Submit Photo: Upload a photo of visitor.
  • Send Request: The guest submits this information to the flat / block owner for approval.
3. Flat Owner Approval
  • Log In: Flat owners must log in to the GuestRAR application to receive entry notifications.
  • Review Request: The flat owner reviews the visitor’s details and photo.
  • Approve or Decline: The flat owner can either approve or decline the visitor’s entry request directly through the application.
4. Visitor Entry
  • Notification: Once the flat owner approves the request, the guest receives a tag on their mobile phone.
  • Show Confirmation: The guest shows the confirmation screen to the watchman or security personnel to gain entry.
Note: Ensure that you are logged in to the GuestRAR application to receive notifications and manage visitor entries effectively.
5. Repeated Visitor / Guest

If visitors or guests are already submitted their details in GuestRAR, they can make entry in a matter of seconds as their contact details and photo will be fetched from previous submission at any GuestRAR enabled property.

How GuestRAR Works for Your Building or Society

Set Up

Position a QR Standee at the watchman desk.

Guest Interaction

Visitors scan the QR code, select their flat number, speak their name and number, submit a photo and send it to the flat owner.

Approval Process

Flat owners review and either approve or decline the entry request via the GuestRAR Mobile App.

Access Granted

Guests receive a response on their screen. They can then present this to the watchman for entry.
How to Use

How to Download Your Data

As a President / Admin / Owner download visitor entry data by following these steps:

Enter Registered Mobile Number

Input the mobile number associated with your order.

Enter OTP

Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

Download Data

Follow the instructions to download your data.
