- The device charge along with handling charges is Rs. 750.

9. GuestRAR Rewards

Rewards Purpose: The rewards system is designed to motivate users. Cash redemption is not possible. Rewards can only be redeemed for society-related services, which will be determined by GuestRAR.
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible to claim reward points, users must have either the PRO or PREMIUM version of the GuestRAR system. Users with other versions or without a valid subscription are not eligible to participate in the reward points program.
- Purpose:
- The reward points are designed to incentivize and motivate users to engage with the system actively. The program aims to assist users in recovering their investment by offering benefits through earned reward points.
- Reward Points Accumulation:
- Reward points are accumulated based on specific activities or milestones achieved within the system. Details of these activities will be periodically communicated to users via official channels.
- Points may have varying values or worth based on different actions or levels reached.
- Redemption:
- Points can be redeemed according to the redemption options available at any given time. Redemption process specifics and available rewards will be outlined in the user portal.
- Reward points have cash value but only can be credited to account of the premise.
- Expiration:
- Reward points have no expiry.
- Program Changes:
- The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward points program at any time with or without notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
- Termination of Service:
- If a user decides to terminate their PRO or PREMIUM subscription, any accumulated points may be forfeited unless redeemed prior to service termination.
- Abuse and Fraud:
- Any abuse or fraudulent activities discovered in the use of the reward points program may result in disqualification from the program and potential suspension of service access.
- Acceptance:

GuestRAR Payments Portal - Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: November 4, 2025
By accessing or using the GuestRAR Payments Portal (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Portal.
1. Definitions
- GuestRAR: Refers to the entity operating the Payments Portal.
- Portal: The digital service provided by GuestRAR for facilitating payments.
- Users: Collectively refers to Residents, Office Bearers, Management Team, Hospital Staff, Society, Company, and Hotel, who utilize the Portal to make payments.
- Payment Gateway: The third-party payment processing service used by the Portal, currently Razorpay.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Portal constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, as well as the terms, conditions, and policies of our Payment Gateway, Razorpay. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Razorpay terms for payment processing, the Razorpay terms shall prevail regarding the payment processing aspect.
3. Payments and Fees (Non-Refundable Policy)
3.1. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made through the GuestRAR Payments Portal are final and strictly non-refundable. GuestRAR will not process or entertain any requests for cancellations, reversals, or refunds once a transaction has been successfully initiated and confirmed by the User. Users acknowledge and agree to this condition prior to making any payment.
3.2. User-Borne Charges and Taxes
Users shall be solely responsible for bearing the following charges associated with their transactions:
- Transaction/Convenience Fee: A certain percentage of the transaction value, as displayed on the Portal at the time of payment, is charged as a convenience or transaction processing fee.
- Goods and Services Tax (GST): All applicable statutory taxes, including GST, levied on the transaction or the transaction/convenience fee, shall be borne entirely by the User.
These fees and taxes will be added to the total amount payable by the User and must be settled in full for the transaction to be successful.
4. Payment Processing and Gateway Dependence
4.1. Processing Times
The duration for successful payment transfers, settlement, and confirmation is dependent solely on the operational schedule and policies of the Payment Gateway (currently Razorpay) and the User's financial institution. GuestRAR makes no guarantee regarding specific transfer timelines.
4.2. Third-Party Terms
The security, reliability, and functionality of the payment processing are governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Razorpay. Users are encouraged to review the current Razorpay policies, which are applicable in conjunction with these Terms.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details, including the amount, user ID, and bank information, before initiating a transaction. GuestRAR shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect data entry by the User.
6. Limitation of Liability
GuestRAR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Portal or from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Portal's service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
