Introducing GuestRAR’s In-App Entries: A Golden Feature
GuestRAR has just launched its In-App Entries feature, revolutionizing how visitor entries are managed. Now, both residents and security guards can make entries directly within the app. This golden feature simplifies the process, ensuring seamless visitor management for all GuestRARian properties.
How the In-App Entries Feature Works
To start, we’ve added a “In-App Entries” section in every property. Each property’s president has received an access code. Presidents simply need to download the GuestRAR mobile app on the security’s or society’s mobile device. Once set up, security guards can effortlessly make visitor entries using the app.
Additionally, we’ve introduced a Re-entry button for regular visitors. Security guards can press this button to quickly log entries. For delivery personnel, maids, or workers visiting multiple units, the app now supports multiple selections, making the process even more efficient.
